Terms of Use

These terms apply to YEAH Membership registration and to using YEAH Association's programs, including YEAH Future Talent. By registering or using this site, you accept these terms.

1. Registration

Registration happens through Google sign-in. You must provide accurate, truthful information. Every new member starts at Level General; level changes are made only by authorized YEAH staff.

2. Program applications and selection

Applying to a program (such as YEAH Future Talent) does not guarantee acceptance. Decisions are at YEAH's discretion. AI may assist by analyzing submitted information, but every approval or rejection is made by YEAH staff, never by an automated system alone.

3. Certificates

A Certificate is issued once a participant meets the program's requirements and receives approval from both their Mentor and YEAH. YEAH reserves the right to set the release date (e.g. a graduation day) and delivery method.

4. Member conduct

You agree to use the system honestly — no impersonation, no false information in applications or growth evidence — and to treat Mentors and other members with respect. YEAH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The system is provided "as is," without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, YEAH is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the system.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest update.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
