# YEAH — Young Entrepreneur Assembly Hub

> YEAH (Young Entrepreneur Assembly Hub, สมาคม YEAH) is Thailand's talent ecosystem for the AI era: a non-profit community that helps young people in Thailand turn potential into real ventures through hands-on programs, mentorship and industry partnerships. YEAH starts from one belief: Thailand doesn't lack talent; it lacks a system to find it, grow it and prove it. Members join for free with a Google account, take part in events and programs, build with a team, and can grow into mentors for the next cohort.

## How YEAH works

YEAH's model has five pillars: **Discover** (explore ideas, find community and mentors), **Develop** (build a team and shape a testable concept), **Validate** (test with real users and mentors), **Launch** (bring the product to market with support) and **Scale** (grow the venture and lead the next cohort).

A member's journey: welcome to the community → join a first event → find a team → pitch an idea → lead and mentor.

## Membership

Membership is free. Levels grow with participation: Starter (community access, monthly events, member updates), Builder (hands-on workshops, peer feedback, resource library), Founder (mentor matching, pitch opportunities, partner perks) and Mentor (lead sessions, advisory network, recognition). In the membership system these map to Member Level General → Level 1–4.

## Programs

- [YEAH Future Talent](https://yeah-future-talent.vercel.app): YEAH's talent development program. Members apply to a cohort, are reviewed by YEAH and matched with a mentor, then follow a journey of goals, checkpoints, growth evidence and course tracks, ending in a certificate. Not yet open to the public.

## Activities

- AI-Preneur Day 2026 (18 July 2026): the U.S. Embassy in Thailand, YEAH, Microsoft and depa joined forces to grow Thailand's AI talent and innovation ecosystem; from 348 applicants nationwide, three finalist teams presented AI prototypes for real-world problems.
- U.S. AI Day 2025 (20 July 2025): entrepreneurs, AI experts and partners came together for practical AI insights and business connections, with speakers from CSII Launchpad, Amazon Web Services Thailand and others.
